If you contact us about an order, we receive the details you choose to provide. Our website and service providers may also process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use your information to manage your account, remember your preferences, respond to messages, discuss cake pop requests, arrange pickup when applicable, and keep the website secure. We do not ask you to submit payment-card information through our website.
Who helps run the website
We use Supabase for account login and saved customer information, and Cloudflare to host and deliver our website. Some site features may use browser storage or load third-party website assets. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services. We do not sell customer contact information.
Your choices and data
You can update certain account details after signing in. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information or account, email us. We may need to verify your request and may retain records where reasonably necessary for security, legal, or business obligations. Login sessions and certain site preferences may be stored in your browser; clearing browser data can remove them or sign you out.
Children and security
Accounts are intended for people age 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; please contact us if you believe this has happened. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service is completely secure.
