Welcome to Sweet Little Cake Pops! We’re a small home bakery making handmade treats. These terms explain how our website and order requests work.
Browsing and accounts
You’re welcome to browse without an account. Accounts are for people age 13 or older; anyone under 18 should have a parent or guardian’s permission before making a purchase. Please provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
Orders and pricing
Submitting an inquiry or building a box on our website is a request, not a confirmed order. Prices shown are estimates and may vary with custom flavors, decorations, quantity, and availability. An order is confirmed only after we agree with you on the details, final price, and pickup or delivery arrangements. Online order submission may be unavailable while we finish setting it up.
Changes and cancellations
Because our cake pops are handmade to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Any deposit, cancellation, or refund arrangement will be explained when your order is confirmed. Your rights under applicable consumer laws still apply.
Allergies and food handling
Our products may contain milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, or other allergens, and they are prepared in a home kitchen where cross-contact may occur. Please tell us about allergies before confirming an order. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Follow any storage and handling instructions provided with your order.
Pickup and future features
Pickup times and locations are agreed upon individually. Sweet Little Kingdom, games, and rewards are currently previews and are not guaranteed to be available or redeemable until separate program details are published.
